The contact planner processes entries only in your browser when you select Review. It does not send them or store them in a Sakarun.hr database. It creates a summary and contact options. Information is transmitted only when you deliberately call, send an email, open WhatsApp or continue to Black VIP Drive.
Depending on what you enter, processed data may include your name and contact details, pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers, luggage, flight or ferry details and notes you choose to provide. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
The purpose is to answer your inquiry and, when requested, take steps before arranging a ride or another service. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract and the controller's legitimate interest in answering voluntary inquiries.
The contact planner does not create a separate transfer-inquiry archive. Messages sent through email or WhatsApp remain subject to those services' technical storage. The operator keeps them only for the time needed to handle the inquiry and does not intentionally retain them afterward, except where a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Recipients may include authorised persons of SAKARUN GRUPA d.o.o., which also operates the Black VIP Drive brand, and the communication provider deliberately selected by the user, such as Meta/WhatsApp or the relevant email provider. Hostinger provides website hosting and may process technical access logs under its own infrastructure and retention settings.
WhatsApp Shared Agent
If you contact Sakarun.hr through WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp technically processes your phone number, profile details and message under its own terms. The Sakarun.hr webhook is currently configured only to verify authentic Meta requests. Automated replies are not enabled, the website does not store incoming WhatsApp message content, and no WhatsApp content is sent to Google Analytics or an external AI service. This notice will be updated before any AI processing or message retention is enabled.
Weather information
Weather is refreshed on the Sakarun.hr server from publicly available DHMZ open data. Your browser retrieves only a local JSON file from Sakarun.hr: this feature sets no additional cookies and does not send visitor details to DHMZ. Weather observations and forecasts can be delayed or change, so check the linked official DHMZ forecast and warnings before travel.
Website analytics and your choice
With your consent, Sakarun.hr uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand visits and improve the website. The measurement ID is G-78P8WLKJKP. The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent.
Analytics is disabled by default and the Google Analytics script is not loaded until you enable Website analytics and save your choice. You may reject analytics without losing access to the website. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain disabled.
After consent, we measure page views, traffic sources and campaign tags, approximate country, device and browser category, scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads and the category of contact method selected. Contact events contain only the method, destination category and page language. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry text, travel details or other information entered in the contact planner to Google Analytics.
With analytics consent, the site also records aggregate assistant events: opening the assistant, selected topic category, fallback occurrence, completed planning flow and selected handoff method. Typed questions, names, contact details and travel details are never included in these analytics events.
Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser for up to six months. If accepted, Google Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of six months without extending their expiry on every visit. Event-level analytics data is retained for up to 14 months according to the Google Analytics property setting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Privacy settings; withdrawal stops future analytics collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to this website.
Google Ireland Limited and its service providers may process analytics data, including outside the European Economic Area subject to the safeguards described by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for further information.
Optional assistant question insights
The local assistant still answers without sending the current conversation to an external AI. If you separately allow Improve the local assistant, only questions that reach the local FAQ or destination-knowledge search may be sent to Sakarun.hr. Contact-planner entries, direct transfer-flow details and the assistant's answers are not included.
Before any question is stored, privacy filters run in both the browser and on the Sakarun.hr server. Entries are discarded if they contain any digit or signs of an email address, web link, name introduction, home address, password, payment or booking code, or specified sensitive record. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in the assistant.
The stored fields are the filtered question, page language, whether a local answer was found, the matched topic where available, first and last occurrence and an aggregate count. The dedicated private file has no fields for an IP address, user agent, cookie, visitor account, session or device identifier. Only authorised administrators with hosting or server access can retrieve it.
Questions are deleted automatically no later than 60 days after their last occurrence and can be cleared earlier by an administrator. They are not sent to Google Analytics, WhatsApp or an external AI service. The legal basis is your separate, optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Privacy settings; withdrawal stops future collection.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object where applicable and lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency. Send requests to sakarungrupa@gmail.com.
